OCTAGON

Octagon, at 49 storeys (155m), is to become the world’s tallest pure octagonal residential skyscraper.

Standing as a beacon for the ever-changing city, the 370-home build-to-rent tower will feature eight identical facades to convey the purest octagonal form, punctuated by large horizontal windows allowing residents to enjoy panoramic views. The building will also be the first with a pressurised core, a class-leading safety feature, plus a sprinkler system that extends to individual apartments.

218 one, 144 two & 8 three-bedroom apartments will be formed, in apartment sizes that range from 51.3 to 115sqm, including thirty affordable units. All complemented by a whole host of top-class amenity spaces centred on residents’ health and wellbeing. 

A triple-height glazed base will entertain dining, café, and lounge facilities, as well as workspaces and a wellness hub/gym. To further promote sustainable commuting a bike store will be available on-site, offering approx. 225 spaces.
