Introducing The International Convention Centre (The ICC), Birmingham, UK
The ICC, designed by Percy Thomas, is the city's major conference venue and was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in April 1991.
The centre incorporates Symphony Hall and faces Centenary Square It cost around £200 million and is part of the NEC Group.
There is a public mall that leads to the Canalside, and towards Brindleyplace. This has restaurants, cafes, shops and art galleries inside. There is also a few eateries at the canalside as well.
